Paul Denecke was born and raised in Round Lake Beach, Illinois, along with his eleven siblings. He met his wife, Carey, while working at a daycare center and an after-school club. Shortly after being married they moved up to Genoa City, Wisconsin, where they have lived for the last fifteen years. They have four kids, two boys and two girls. Paul is a big Chicago sports fan, and he has had the good fortune of coaching youth football for twelve years in Lake Geneva. A little over two years ago Paul and Carey’s life was turned upside down when their daughter Keegan was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and they quickly found out how amazing and supportive their community is. Shortly after Keegan started treatment, after seeing how hard it was for their entire family, Paul knew that he had to do something to help others. This foundation is his passion, and he will do everything and anything to put smiles on the faces of kids with cancer and their entire family as well. Paul sincerely hopes that Kisses from Keegan and Friends Pediatric Cancer Foundation can help families enjoy time together while not having cancer be their main focus. Paul is proud of this group and everything they have done and will continue to do!
